Working as part of our dedicated Customer Service team you will be joining a well-established, fun and energetic organisation. We are passionate about providing great customer service whilst ensuring that we work together to create a great working environment.

Working hours:

• Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm however on alternate weeks we do 8.15am - 5.15pm
• Bank holidays: Double pay and a day off to be taken in lieu. Generally done on an "opt in" process. We are open on bank holidays but we have a lot of people volunteering to work due to the pay increase and the additional day off so we consider it an optional opportunity.
• Saturday: 8am - 1pm at time and a half pay, on an opt in basis as we have a lot of people volunteering to work
